He died for us even before we were born... even before we accepted him as our LORD and saviour.... He is the greatest gift ever.... Have you accepted this gift? 1/1/09..... The new year has just begun... cracking sounds of fireworks creates an unforgettable atmosphere . Lighting up the sky in the dark of night. =)....

....... It seems like the start of 2009 was just a few days back as i recall the happy reactions of people and the generous wishes of a happy new year... =)

............And today. (1:18 am 26/12/09) Here I am sitting in my room, blogging with only 5 days or approximately 101 hours left to this "new year" as it was.....

2009 ... an eventful year (for me at least) that brings experiences that will surely be remembered throughout my lifetime... I thank the LORD for his rich blessings over me and my family knowing that he is my rock of salvation and my hope in happy times or even troublesome times =)...

2010 will be an important year for me and all the form 5s... =) so.... Hello 2010.... I hope and pray that I can give my best and leave the rest to GOD =).....

Exams are finally over...bt SPM... will b here in a blink of d eye... thtz normal la..... so its jz me n my holz all over again... Gt 2 spend this holz mor productively ....(hopefully) i'll b able 2 do a few beneficial things this holz...

Num 1 - Grow closer 2 GOD...

2 - Read novels ( new moon ) i found twilight real cheesy... yucks!..hope tiz wont b da same..

3 - Limit my on9ing..(dunno y bt time passes by real quickly when u r on9, b4 u knoe it u hv wasted ur holz staring at d LCD... =.=""thtz 1 thing i realli wanna avoid...( lets c if its achievable.)

4 - COOKING!! wanna try making roti jala n stuff... jz enjoy cooking..

5 - Practice volleyball n play soccer, ping pong, bdminton, bowling, bkb n etc

6 -n of course... spending mor tyme wid my pals..... =)

But before going home, we stopped by Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary.... (i even gt 2 ride an elephant 4 free, courtesy of Dylan)


Some of us went to feed the elephants, while... sum of us opted 2 feed themselves... lolz..

After spending and learning enough ... abt elephants,... we were bck on the road and on the way home. The Karak highway terrain was pretty challenging as it is built on a mountainous region requiring drivers 2 be extremely cautious.

Upon reaching the Genting Sempah rest stop... we had our lunch in MCD...



We missed the lunch hour promotion.... =.="" swtz... bt when ur stomach is growling, it is sure hard to resist the temptation of food... especially.... burgers... prefer Burger King... bt tiz'll do..

Our winner 4 Juaramakanbanyakbanyak went 2 Shaun Yap after succesfully eating...

erm... when i mean fishing... tiz tyme i really mean fishing... "catching fish"... not "sleeping when u r suppose to pay attention".

Itz Sunday... after church, Soo Aun kor, took us ( us= Jian, Tim, Sharan, Kanan, Kalai, Kumar and I) 4 a fishing adventure... honestly.. its da 1st tyme i realli fished... The 1st pond was dried up.... no sign of any fish... we abandoned the pond and rushed 2 find a better fishing site.

We were suppose 2 be fishing but... look wher and what we( we= Jian, Tim and I) were doin ...

Waiting Patiently.......

This adventure has thought us how we must be more patient in life.... Like fishing,... the challenges in life to attain our GOALS must be faced with utmost patience, perseverance and most importantly unceasing prayer. Never forget that God is always there when you need Him and nothing is impossible for Him. ( For nothing is impossible with God. (Luke 1:37)

I never knew how hard it was to fish till this day.... =.="' sigh..

DMSJ Fellowship Camp 2009

The 10th DMSJ Bible Quiz

I came to this camp not knowing what to expect...... Not knowing who i'll meet. Only knowing that i may most probably be alone... lolz.... Guess wht.... =)....." I was wrong"....

2.30pm Sat 30/05/09 Arrival ... Yahoo!!
"Wow.... so many people!" the 1st thing that went through my mind as i enter the gates of our campsite, Golden Sands Port Dickson... Christians from 4 different locations across Malaysia gather together in one name....as God's people, Christians, Brothers and sisters in Christ.. The participating churches were, Daya Gospel Centre ( DAGC), Melacca Gospel Hall ( MGC), Shah Alam Gospel Centre and last bt not least Johor Bahru Gospel Centre (JBGC) which we represented. An atmosphere of friendliness and joy filled the air as we started getting 2 know each other.. =) 2 bd my name tag displayed Yeh Han ... instead of da preferred Ivan Lee...( Got tht fixed on da 2nd day with marker pens) =)

After a speedy check in we headed off to the main hall for a short briefing haha.. Uncle Dexter in all his vibrance made us laugh our socks off..( Nt tht we were wearing any) Da scorching heat failed in its conquest to dampen our over-energetic spirits. Amazing race was cool 2 da max... we had so many interesting tasks ... like building sand castles, finding marbles thru flour, transporting water through .. guess.....( our mouths) Joel wasted no tyme in taking off his T shirt and squeezing water 2 quicken da process of filling up the hole surfaced bottle... =) At night is the quiz we hav all been anticipating... DMSJ Bible Quiz 2009.... as we all know... in evry comp.... there can only be one victor,.... DAGC.... after nail-bitting fight to the very end gained victory and was crowned DMSJ 2009 champs....

AIKS!!! looks like i am writing 2 much....

SUN 31/05/09
After the baptism service by the sea, we had the breaking of bread service.... it was then followed by the photo session..( very efficiently carried out), and Tune in workshops . 3 diff workshops were offered...( "CSI", "Are you smarter than a fifth grader" and "Discovery")
"CSI" was a detailed study on the book of Philemon.
"......fifth grader" - brief outline of the bible.
"Discovery"- The 1 i chose was about 7 solid reasons why the bible is truth.. nothing but the truth... (the bible is GOD's word, nvr 4gt tht)


MON 01/06/09
The main high-light of this day is the CAMP SPECIAL and fun nite......( it is indeed fantastically obvious tonnes and tonnes of hard work and preparation were put in to make the night a night to remember.... lol..lol..lol Main star of the night was Uncle Dexter ( King kalahkalahtakmaumati)
We painted our faces in many diff colours and designs to make our very own tribal costumes... ( i was in da tribe of Zebulun.)The uncles and aunties are just so sporting. =) Knowing it is the last nite of the camp... we quickly gathered after supper for a quick game of bkb.... (btw its Pin Siangs BDay!!! Happy bday 2 him)

TUE 02/06/09
Haiz.... haiz....the last day of the camp.... haiz..... sadness filled our hearts as we realized that the time for us to go back to our various homes has finally came...... We hav grown sooo close to each other in such a short period of tyme.... leaving shall b hard... bt as we all know... even good things will come to and end...( except our eternity with Jesus Christ our saviour and Lord) even though we had soo much fun... we must nvr forget our main reason 4 coming 2 tiz camp.... we must strive for perfection.. to be more like our Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ.

=) once again..... now in 2009... .. da volleyball comp is finally over..( 4 us)...
Smktkj2 u-18 Guys have yet again written a new chapter of improvement in the record buks.... ( tiz tyme qualifying 4 da 2nd round)... nt such a great achievement but yes! an improvement.

COngratz to the u-15 team for making it 2 da finals... wish u guys all da best..( we know u can do it)

Da competition shows us how teamwork is so important in life. I would like to dedicate this post to all my team mates who worked so hard 4 us to reach this level. The level of effort put in this comp, although nt sufficient, is so encouraging. A round of applause ( in my heart) join me if u 1 4:
